Adescor Inner Liner Trimmer

The unique ADESCOR Inner Liner Trimmers have an innovative pipe positioning system providing exceptional trim quality with a high level of reliability. Both cutting debris and noise are significantly reduced by using a single knife cut. The knife is capable of trimming the inner liner from pipes ranging in size from 75mm ID to 1500mm ID with a maximum outside diameter of 1800mm. We can also do 50mm upon request.

All machine functions are PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and operator interface panel controlled. The ADESCOR control systems store product parameters and set-up data for each pipe resulting in rapid repeatable size changes and ease of operation. Minimum cycle times are as low as 17 seconds for 100 mm ID pipe.

Inner Liner Trimmers can be integrated with the ADESCOR 180° pipe rotating system, allowing pipes to be alternated to prevent coupler deformation during shipment.
