Automated Coiler

ADESCOR, under a licensing agreement with Mecasoft SARL, is able to offer coiling systems for the pipe industry in North America. Fully automatic machines increase throughput, reducing the cost of production, by providing pipe measurement, pipe cutting, winding and strapping with minimal operator input.

Coiling systems are available in manual semiautomatic or automatic versions. Reeling systems are a natural extension of the pipe extrusion line and allow manufacturers to increase production without adding extrusion capacity.

ADESCOR offers a semi-auto coiler for corrugated or smooth wall pipe. It is designed to be a crossover between a manual and fully automatic coiler.

Like other ADESCOR machines for the cutting, welding, punching and coiling of pipe, it is operator friendly, safe and easy to maintain. Electronic and pneumatic components are easily sourced locally.
