PIPE CONVEYING AND HANDLING SYSTEMS

Facility layout and space restrictions often require innovative approaches to optimize pipe handling.  ADESCOR inc. systems make pipe handling easy, flexible and cost effective.  Several systems are available to suit each company’s pipe movement and positioning requirements. 

Lowering and Dumping Pipe Conveyers are designed to ensure all diameters of pipe exit the machine at a common rolling height.  Operation height is easily adjusted and dumps can be right or left with the turn of a switch.

• Let-Down Systems

      These allow precise and safe lowering of pipe from machine to floor.  Systems may be integrated as part of the downstream equipment or stand alone.

• Pipe Weighing Systems

            Quality control option.  Digital display of weight, printed unit weight and shift total or computer integrated data logging system.

• Pipe Rotators

Efficiently rotates pipe with couplers, end-to-end for crating.  Designed to match production cycle requirements.

• Scissor Lift Systems

Multiple level crating of pipe is facilitated by these systems.  Pipe is easily raised or lowered before dumping to the side.
